FAQ

Straight Answers.

The questions campaign creators ask us most — answered honestly.

What crowdfunding platforms do you support?

We work primarily with GoFundMe, Kickstarter and Indiegogo, and also support campaigns on platforms such as GiveSendGo, JustGiving, Crowdfunder and Fundly. If your platform isn’t listed, ask — the fundamentals of story, audience and momentum apply everywhere.

Do you work with GoFundMe campaigns?

Yes. GoFundMe is one of our core platforms, including medical, emergency, memorial, family, community and nonprofit fundraisers. These campaigns rely on trust and sharing, so we focus on clear storytelling and reaching the communities most likely to help.

Do you work with Kickstarter and Indiegogo?

Yes. For product, technology, creative and game launches we help with pre-launch audience building, page positioning, reward structure, launch-week promotion and post-campaign options such as late pledges or Indiegogo InDemand.

Can you help before a campaign launches?

Absolutely — and it’s often the best time. Pre-launch work lets us shape the story, build an audience and plan the first days so your campaign starts with momentum instead of searching for it.

Can you help if my campaign is already live?

Yes. Many creators come to us mid-campaign when progress has slowed. We review what’s happening now and focus on the changes most likely to make a difference in the time that remains.

What happens during a campaign assessment?

We review your campaign page, story, visuals, audience, current visibility and progress against your goal. You receive a clear summary of strengths, gaps and the biggest opportunities, plus a recommended next step. The assessment is free and there’s no obligation.

How is your marketing strategy customized?

Every strategy is built from your campaign’s platform, category, audience, stage, timeline and budget. A memorial fundraiser and a hardware launch need completely different tone, channels and pacing — so we never run the same playbook twice.

Do you guarantee funding?

No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Donations and pledges are decided by supporters. What we commit to is a clear scope, professional execution, transparent reporting and strategy designed to improve your visibility and conversion.

What information do you need from me?

Your campaign link (or draft), your funding goal, current progress, timeline and what you feel is holding the campaign back. Any existing audience — email list, social accounts, community groups — also helps.

How long does campaign support take?

Assessments are usually returned within 1–2 business days. Active support typically runs from one week to the full length of your campaign, and can continue afterwards for post-campaign strategy.
